The challenge

Maison had a cult following on Instagram but their Shopify store felt generic. High-intent visitors were dropping off at the product page — the gap between the brand's aesthetic promise and the purchase experience was too wide.

Our approach

We redesigned the Shopify storefront around an editorial model: each product page reads like a magazine spread, with ingredient close-ups, ritual photography, and embedded how-to video. A custom upsell flow — built without third-party apps — suggests complementary products based on skin type.
