Lumen was founded in 2015 on one conviction: that most agencies sacrifice either craft or accountability, and that clients deserve both. We're a small, senior team — everyone who talks to you also does the work.
We are deliberately not big. Staying small means every client gets our best thinking, not a junior team managed from a distance. We turn down more projects than we take on — and we're proud of that.
